Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that schedule changes may be necessary, and I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% charge of the total service cost. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Please understand that when appointments are canceled without sufficient notice, it becomes challenging to fill that time with another client — directly affecting my small business. This policy is in place to honor the time, care, and commitment invested in each guest. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time as I do yours.
